Dr. Billy Frazier

Dr. Frazier is a 2009 Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. He previously served as a small and large animal veterinarian in Greenwood, MS, but is originally from Desoto County. His interests include cardiology, dermatology, and minor animal surgery. He has completed several courses in small animal cardiac and abdominal ultrasonography. Dr. Frazier is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the Memphis-Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He is married with a son, and they have five dogs, one cat, and two horses.

Dr. Jeremy Keen

Dr. Keen is originally from Greenville, MS, and graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. His special interests include preventive medicine, Canine and Feline internal medicine, and nutrition. Dr. Keen is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the Memphis-Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He aims to provide the utmost care and compassion for every patient while increasing client education. His hobbies include kayaking, hiking, traveling, golf, and Mississippi State athletics. He and his wife, Carmen, have a daughter named Elzy, two dogs, Brady (Black lab) and Birdie (Shih Tzu), and a cat named Glen Coco.

Dr. Haley

Dr. Haley originates from Alexander City, AL, and graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After graduation, she practiced at a small animal hospital in central Georgia before relocating to northern Mississippi. Her special interests include dentistry, dermatology, and preventative medicine. Dr. Haley is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. During her free time, Dr. Haley can cook, do baking, travel, and watch Mississippi State athletics. She also enjoys quality time with her husband, young son, and two Boston Terriers.

Dr. Waldrip

Dr. Waldrip is a native of Southaven, MS, where he attended SBEC (now Northpoint Christian School). He moved to Starkville, MS, for a short time to complete his undergraduate studies in Animal and Dairy Science at Mississippi State University and postgraduate studies at MSU’s veterinary school in 2020. Dr. Waldrip immediately returned to his hometown, where he served as a veterinarian at Desoto County Animal Clinic and Precious Paws Animal Hospital.

His special interests include internal medicine, dermatology, allergy care, diagnostic imaging, exotics, and surgery. He is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

While not at the clinics, Dr. Waldrip enjoys being on the water, golfing, theatre, and spending time with friends and loved ones. He has a wife, Julie, and one son, Finn. He also has four dogs of all sizes, Bilbo, Allie, Indy, and Bella, and a cat named MoMo.

Dr. Ryan Kennedy

Dr. Kennedy graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University. He enjoys internal medicine cases, dermatology cases, and soft tissue surgeries. He has been a vet for 4.5 years. He has a Golden Retriever named Hudson. His interests include the outdoors, the beach, sporting events, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Logan Tucker
Dr. Logan grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi, and received this Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University in 2023.  After graduation, he immediately moved to Desoto County to begin small animal practice at both Desoto County Animal Clinic and Precious Paws Animal Hospital. His special interests include orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries as well as preventive medicine.  Dr. Logan is an active member of both the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

When he’s not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, Evalyn, and his sweet chihuahua named Windsor. He also enjoys spending time maintaining and improving his many fresh water aquariums.

Dr. Susan Moon
Dr. Moon has devoted her career to serving the people and pets of the Whitehaven area. Originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas, she received her Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. She began work at Brooks Road Animal Hospital immediately after graduating in the summer of 1984.

Dr. Moon is married to Mark Weaver, and has three adult children, three (so far) grandchildren, and a Labrador named Piper. She is active in her church, and enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, and traveling. She has served the profession as a past president of the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and currently represents Tennessee veterinarians in the American Veterinary Medical Association’s House of Delegates.
