Dr. Billy Frazier
Dr. Frazier is a 2009 Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. He previously served as a small and large animal veterinarian in Greenwood, MS, but is originally from Desoto County. His interests include cardiology, dermatology, and minor animal surgery. He has completed several courses in small animal cardiac and abdominal ultrasonography. Dr. Frazier is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the Memphis-Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He is married with a son, and they have five dogs, one cat, and two horses.
Dr. Jeremy Keen
Dr. Keen is originally from Greenville, MS, and graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. His special interests include preventive medicine, Canine and Feline internal medicine, and nutrition. Dr. Keen is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the Memphis-Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He aims to provide the utmost care and compassion for every patient while increasing client education. His hobbies include kayaking, hiking, traveling, golf, and Mississippi State athletics. He and his wife, Carmen, have a daughter named Elzy, two dogs, Brady (Black lab) and Birdie (Shih Tzu), and a cat named Glen Coco.

Dr. Haley
Dr. Haley originates from Alexander City, AL, and graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After graduation, she practiced at a small animal hospital in central Georgia before relocating to northern Mississippi. Her special interests include dentistry, dermatology, and preventative medicine. Dr. Haley is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. During her free time, Dr. Haley can cook, do baking, travel, and watch Mississippi State athletics. She also enjoys quality time with her husband, young son, and two Boston Terriers.
Dr. Ryan Kennedy
Dr. Kennedy is originally from Mendenhall, MS, and graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. His special interests include preventative medicine, dermatology, soft tissue surgeries, and small animal internal medicine.
Dr. Kennedy is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the Memphis-Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
When not working, Dr. Kennedy enjoys being outdoors, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his Golden Retriever, Hudson.
Dr. Logan Tucker
When he’s not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, Evalyn, and his sweet chihuahua named Windsor. He also enjoys spending time maintaining and improving his many fresh water aquariums.
Dr. Susan Moon
Dr. Moon is married to Mark Weaver, and has three adult children, three (so far) grandchildren, and a Labrador named Piper. She is active in her church, and enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, and traveling. She has served the profession as a past president of the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and currently represents Tennessee veterinarians in the American Veterinary Medical Association’s House of Delegates.
Dr. Cassandra Cantrell
After 10 years away from the South, it eventually called her back, and she decided to make Southaven and Precious Paws Animal Hospital and Desoto County Animal Hospital her new home. Her special interests include dermatology and allergy care, preventive medicine, and internal medicine.
When not loving and caring for her patients, she enjoys traveling, playing video games, hiking, and creating clay figurines and other art projects. She also manages her own menagerie of pets, including a chinchilla (Zella), guinea pig (Ping), bearded dragon (Drogon), salamander (Sir Isaac the Newt), leopard geckos (Cheetoh and Slingblade), 2 cats (Urchin and Tabboo), and her dog, Spunky, a yorkie/maltese mix.
